welcome to my world. I am writing fantasy fiction and producing new music these days. I teach naked yoga livestream classes and I create abstract paintings for fun. I’ve been working out everyday for 70 days (give or take a handful of rest days). After a year of travel around and slacking on fitness… I was sick and tired….my body wasn’t feeling so good and the solution was to simply move consistently. So everyday around sunset I stop working to move and play, practice yoga, lift and swing. I’ll keep doing this as I travel around America…it will look a little different as I visit gyms but the practice needs to be upheld or everything starts to crumble and it is just not worth it. Feeling good is way too good to compromise. Some days I show up just to stretch a bit and that’s enough. The most important thing is consistency and I’m learning this lesson over and over in the gym and in my artwork. I’m making progress on the novel only because I’m showing up every day to work on it…and music because I’m showing up every week…and painting…every month or so… each practice can have different timelines and frequencies but there is still consistency. Moving the body needs to be daily. The body loves to move. The more you move the more you’ll long to move. It just keep feeding itself. 💕💕💕

Last night I went dancing and dressed up as a sparkly mermaid. 🌈🧜🏼♀️✨ I’m excited to share some video clips with you from Boo Fest Seattle — the Halloween rave. 🎶 Musical update….. I’ve finally started adding video covers to my songs on Spotify. I’ve decided to just use random cute videos off my phone from fun moments in my life. So I took one of the pretty sparkly videos from last night and turned it into the cover for my song “City Lights” — lights and sparkles seemed to fit together nicely. I tried a few different presets including black and white.
