Burnout is no joke. It creeps up on you, it’s so vicious… Unless you keep checking-in with yourself, you won’t even notice it’s there until it’s too late. I see it everyday, with colleagues, friends. Making ourselves a priority is so important. Being able to step back when you really need it should be an acquired right. It should be non-negociable. Health, mental and physical is non-negociable. You don’t owe your employer your life. You don’t owe work your health. You don’t owe anything, except respect to yourself. We’re only on this earth for 85-90 years, and then… What’s the point if we’re not even enjoying the little time we have on this earth? 🌎

I was debating on posting this photo or not because my toe nails aren’t all done and cute.. which had me wondering, do you guys really care if a girl’s nails are done or not? for me i’d say most of the time, i’m more of a natural kinda gal and don’t do my nails very often.
