Oh my goodness, you guys! This week, I stumbled upon the cutest little spot in Nihombashi called Commissary, and let me tell you, it has quickly become my new obsession. 🍕✨
I had heard whispers about their amazing pizza, so naturally, I had to check it out for myself. Walking in, I was immediately charmed by the cozy, laid-back vibe of the place. The aroma of freshly baked pizza dough filled the air, and I knew I was in for a treat.
I decided to try their mushroom pizza, and it did not disappoint. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and delightfully soft on the inside, topped with the most flavorful mushrooms, gooey mozzarella, and a sprinkle of fresh herbs. Each bite was a little slice of heaven. Seriously, how have I not discovered this place sooner?! 😍
The best part? Sharing this deliciousness with friends made the experience even more special. We laughed, chatted, and enjoyed every single bite.
So, if you’re ever in Nihombashi, do yourself a favor and stop by Commissary. Whether you’re a pizza lover or just looking for a cozy spot to hang out, this place has got you covered. Trust me, you’ll be just as obsessed as I am!

This has been a hot week (as I like to say, “toasty toasty t..
This has been a hot week (as I like to say, “toasty toasty toasty! ☀️”) but an overall great one. I am feeling kind of torn down the middle myself. On one hand, I’m starting to feel more like myself this summer. Working out feels great, I am making time for friends again, signing up for new things to try, finding my groove with blogging. On the other hand, I’m truly so tired trying to fit it all in. I want to do all the things (which honestly is a nice feeling!) and also want to just climb into bed the minute the sun goes down. I guess it’s still a balancing game—and really, when won’t it be?! 😅
I’ve started a new routine, waking up early to enjoy the cooler mornings with some stretching 🌄. It’s my time to clear my head before the day’s chaos begins. Then it’s back to juggling daily tasks, meeting up with friends for iced coffee ☕️, and doing yoga to stay centered 🧘♀️.
There’s a certain magic in the long summer evenings, where the days seem to stretch endlessly. Sometimes I find myself daydreaming about the cozy vibes of pre-fall 🍂. The thought of cooler weather, warm drinks, and the first hint of autumn leaves is so comforting.
Balancing it all—social life, personal time—can be a challenge. But I’m learning to embrace the chaos, to find joy in the little things, and to allow myself the luxury of doing nothing every once in a while. And let’s not forget the joy of eating kakigoori (shaved ice) to beat the heat! 🍧 What’s your favorite way to enjoy these summer days? 💖
