Added 2022-01-31 12:02:57 +0000 UTChappy monday 🤍 i can’t believe it’s already the last day of January! phew! what an intense month. i’ve had some lows with my health this month and i’m still trying to get back to feeling like my normal self again. i’ve struggled to manage life as a whole.. and you know what? that’s okay. that’s okay to struggle and to not be at 100% all the time. i did the best that i could with the cards that i had, and that’s what’s important in my opinion. i know that things will get better eventually - i have to be gentle and understanding towards myself.. which is so hard to do when you set high goals and have high expectations for yourself.
