

*Friendly reminder to do something for you today* 🌸 It’s so easy to forget to take care of ourselves sometimes as our lives can get so busy, but I promise that taking a step back and time out feel sooo good 💖✨ For me, having 15 minutes to myself to make a coffee, drink it slowly, get off of my phone and look outside of the window help me recenter on my objectives for the day.
