This year more then ever I’ve been really struggling with my sleep schedule. To give you an example, I’ve been going to bed at around 4-5am and waking up around 12-1pm. And that is every single day. Since last winter I’ve noticed that the lack of light during the day generated by the fact that I wake up so late has had a negative impact on my overall mood, motivation, appetite and general health. I’ve always considered myself more of a night person, perhaps because I’ve been dealing with insomnia for many years, but it has never been this bad. Before the end of the year, my goal is to slowly get my circadian rhythm back to a more normal schedule. And by next year, just a crazy thought… but I’d love to become more of a *morning* person than a *night* person. Ouffff now that I’ve admitted that to you guys I’ll have to hold myself accountable and actually do it 🙈
