I was preparing for a set on a machine I haven’t used for a couple of years and tweaked my back a little. But totally my fault for not taking adequate rest between sessions. I have never been this close to injury before, so this is terrifying for me. So happy it isn’t worse. I will be out of training for no more than a week and this is also my body telling me I need to rest more than I just was. So, no setbacks or anything here as even if I didn’t get somewhat injured, I def needed some extra rest anyways. Therefore, any custom content or requests will be put on the back burner for at least a few days until I am full health and anybody who ordered something already knows this! ♥️ and for any of those who are asking about custom content, just DM me your request in greatest detail so I can give pricing and then I am more than happy to make it happen! ☺️☺️☺️
