I definitely went too hard this last prep (this was Aug 2020), got too stressed and flat and my physique reflected that. That is why I am growing for years and maturing my muscle before I decide to push this lean again. :) nonetheless, nothing has changed. I still diet year round, train as if I will be competing in a few months and breath the life. 💯
