

The burnout is real. After feeling drained mentally and physically and taking some time... I think it still caught up to me. I thought the workout yesterday was hard on my lungs but I might actually be coming down with something. My throat is still sore and I just don't feel 100%, so I'll be quiet again tonight. I'm gonna treat myself to a scary movie in bed. My body is very resilient and I'm pretty sure I can sleep it off if I give myself the opportunity.
