It can be a tiny tip, it doesn't have to be big - but it pins it to the top of the inbox and I answer the top messages first. Also if you send a tipped message but then follow it up with another non-tipped message, then it bumps it out of the top priority and I don't see it - so if you're sending multiple messages, make sure to attach the tip to the last one. For the non-tipped messages, I'm sorry if I haven't gotten to you in the last few days - I'm still catching up!
