I had the most intense doctor visit I've ever had today. She made some suggestions that even I was shocked to hear, something I never thought I'd hear if I'm being honest. I don't know how I got here so quickly, but here I am. It's something I'd hear once I hit 500 pounds, definitely not at this size.
