Bad luck that is… (that’s me. I’m people)
I’ve been feeling way better lately and my vertigo is almost completely gone. Yesterday I decided that since things were finally feeling back to normal I’d get back to all the stuff I should be doing and I’d get back at it hard.
Well, about 2 hours into my day after getting things set up to film a ton of content, I decided to workout and do some cardio and strength exercise. At the very end of my strength routine I felt something tear in my right pec. The pain and swelling was immediate and things have not been going well since then
Its not as bad as it could be as it’s ‘just’ a bad muscle injury, but it HAS put a huge hindrance on everything that I had been planning to do as I have to keep it iced, elevated, and compressed. I’m taking it easy right now and am waiting to hear back from my surgeon to see if there’s anything else that I should or shouldn’t be doing
Anyway, wish me luck and I’m sorry once again for all the dumb shit that happens to me and all the stupid excuses I always have to come in here with. This isn’t how things are supposed to be…
