Added 2022-09-20 08:14:47 +0000 UTCI was exhausted when I got home but now I’m having an anxiety attack about the shots I have to start giving myself in 24 hours. I’m so sick from anxiety, I feel like I’m going to throw up. I have an extreme and irrational fear of needles. I can handle needles when someone else is giving me a shot but I’ve NEVER been able to give myself I shot. I was supposed to in 2011 but couldn’t. I had to drive to my doctors office every day and pay to have them give me the shots daily for a week. I can’t do that this time, though because it has to be administered at night. 😬 If I don’t do it, they’ll cancel my surgery but my anxiety is so bad, I start shaking at the thought of giving myself this shot. I don’t know how to get through this.
