Pelvic floor exercises post birth (session 3) Time to exercise while exercising my pelvic floor! I squeeze in the kegel weight as I walk up and down my stairs, squat, lunge and then stretch down. I was so proud I was able to hold in this weight for 10mins, I popped it out at the end 😝
