Deep lunges to open up the hips and stretch hip flexors (Kapiasana).
Half split for hamstring stretches. Elbow plank for core. Then single leg shrimp squats, followed by crescent lunge. Finishing off with split squats for the booty burn, and Pigeon pose to stretch out.
