Ive been having trouble remembering to message certain people here, if i forget about sets im so sorry, youll just have to remind me :/ ive dropped some weight but working on getting in the gym and eating more. I havent had an appetite in a week and i get nauseous whenever i eat but im doing my best. This is normal for me after covid and will hopefully pass within 2-3 months. Thank you all for being patient and i hope you like the content im about to put out ❤️
