

There’s nothing like slipping into a one piece that hugs my booty just right and gets me in the mood to move. I try to get in at least 15 to 30 minutes of physical activity every day whether it’s breaking a sweat outdoors or finding other ways to raise my heart rate indoors 😉 I like to keep it fun, a little steamy, and always just enough to leave me feeling energized… and maybe a little out of breath 🥵
