This year more then ever Iโve been really struggling with my sleep schedule. To give you an example, Iโve been going to bed at around 4-5am and waking up around 12-1pm. And that is every single day. Since last winter Iโve noticed that the lack of light during the day generated by the fact that I wake up so late has had a negative impact on my overall mood, motivation, appetite and general health. Iโve always considered myself more of a night person, perhaps because Iโve been dealing with insomnia for many years, but it has never been this bad. Before the end of the year, my goal is to slowly get my circadian rhythm back to a more normal schedule. And by next year, just a crazy thoughtโฆ but Iโd love to become more of a *morning* person than a *night* person. Ouffff now that Iโve admitted that to you guys Iโll have to hold myself accountable and actually do it ๐
