Weekendsย are a time for experimentation in the kitchen! Keep one of my recipes, which are easy to prepare, but are eaten instantly.
Cheese crunches in 15 minutes Ingredients:
Lavash (2 leaves)
Cheese (suluguni/mozzarella) โ 200 g
Garlic,ย herbs,ย spicesย โย toย tasteย
Sour cream/ mayonnaise โ for greasing
How to cook: Cut the lavash into strips. Mix the grated cheese, crushed garlic, and herbs. We lubricate the strips of pita bread, spread the filling, and roll the "rolls". Bake for 10 minutes at 180 ยฐC until crisp. Voila โ you'll lick your fingers!
