Calisthenics is truly amazing. With the right body weight exercises you really can build functional muscles 💪🏾.
When I was a gym rat and was lifting heavy, I was seeing gains but I was becoming limited in range of motion. With calisthenics workouts your movements are infused with mobility and flexibility practices. Hopefully one day I can revisit some my acrobatic skills 🤷🏽♂️.
